Please take the time to read and understand our Terms and Conditions. The following is the legal contact between you and Crypto 100x Investment. By opening an account with us you automatically state that you have read, fully understood, accept and agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions when using our services.

Terms and Conditions defines Crypto 100x Investment services including electronic access to the Client抯 account and also Your and Crypto 100x Investment obligations in regard to any transactions through Crypto 100x Investment website.
 

This Agreement is made between Crypto 100x Investment and the Client.

Crypto 100x Investment reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this site.
 

1. General

1.1. Residents of any country can open an account at Crypto 100x Investment.
1.2. Client opens investment account through the Company抯 (Crypto 100x Investment) website.
1.3. Client deposits money using Perfect Money, Perfect Money or Alert Pay e-currency.
1.4. Crypto 100x Investment requires you to act as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity or authority.
1.5. Communication between you and Crypto 100x Investment is viewed as private communication of confidential information intended to be used by you only. Crypto 100x Investment requires you to keep all the communication private and not to disclose it to any third party.
1.6. Crypto 100x Investment leaves the right to require ID documents any time to identify the authority of the person or entity itself and as source and destination accounts associated with Crypto 100x Investment account owner as a true, duly and powerful holder of the account with Crypto 100x Investment and certain amount of funds accumulated and/or owed there.

2. Depositing funds

2.1. Depositing money to investment account is executed with Perfect Money, Perfect Money or Alert Pay-currency in accordance with the Client抯 Agreement.
2.2. All deposits are to be made in USD only.
2.3. All deposits generate earnings the day after investment was made.
2.4. Minimum deposit to investment plan is 500 USD.

3. Investment Plan Interest Payments

4.1. Crypto 100x Investment Investment Plans earnings are paid every working day. Five days a week.
4.2. Unavailability of the company抯 website due to technical reasons, downtime, does not affect our company抯 payments.
4.3. Profits are accrued to your Investment account, accounted to the available balance, from Monday to Friday.
4.4. Crypto 100x Investment is not paying interest on public holidays.
4.5. Client receives first interest payment to his/her Crypto 100x Investment Investment Account 24 hours after his deposit.
4.6. The profit made can be withdrawn or reinvested back to investment plan.
4.7. When the investment period of the plan expires, invested amount does not go back to the Investment Account. It was included to daily earnings. Principal is not returned when investment matures.

4. Reinvest Option

4.1. Client can reinvest the profit manually by investing the profit back into investment plans. The profit under the investment plan is accrued by a simple interest rate.
4.2. Compounding rates of 0% to 100% are available.
4.3. Reinvestment percent of interest payments can be chosen before making deposit, and can be edited anytime when investment is made.

5. Withdrawing Funds

5.1. Once investment term has reached maturity, total profit together with client's principal investment will be sent automatically into e-currency account.
5.2. The commission for e-currency transfer is paid by us.

6. Affiliate System

6.1. Crypto 100x Investment pays a life-long affiliate commission equaling 10% of all amounts invested by every affiliated client.
6.2. Client cannot signup another Investment account under his affiliate link. Both accounts should have different email addresses.
6.3. Affiliate commissions are paid to Investment Account Balance.
6.4. Affiliate commissions can be deposited to Investment Plans or withdrawn.

7. Crypto 100x Investment Warranties

7.1. Crypto 100x Investment warrants the safety of the invested amounts and interest stability.
7.2. Crypto 100x Investment guarantees all payments made in time and under the terms stipulated in this Agreement.
7.3. Crypto 100x Investment is not associated with any electronic payment system and not liable for any problems in their performance.
7.4. Crypto 100x Investment guarantees any personal information of the Client will not be disclosed to any third parties.

8. Client's Warranties

8.1. By agreeing with these Terms of Service the Client represents that the services provided by the Company do not breach the law of his/her national jurisdiction.
8.2. Client will keep his/her account access information secret.
8.3. Client will independently monitor the transactions made through the account and inform the Company of any discrepancies or unlawful access.

9. Accepting Terms and Conditions

9.1. Accepting our term is the same with signing a contract so when you will register Investment Account, your acceptance of our rules will act like an electronic signature on a contract. You agree that your age is legal in your country to participate in this program, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.
9.2. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this website are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not Vip Investment advice.
9.3. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not for any other entity. By investing, you agree, acknowledge, and accept that all information you receive is unsolicited, private communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure unless the information is obviously of a public nature.
9.4. Crypto 100x Investment is absolutely exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the U.S Investment Company Act of 1940, regulations and amendments thereof. You acknowledge and agree under penalty of perjury that you have not relied on this Act or any other related regulations from any other jurisdictions. We do not charge any taxes.
9.5. User understands and fully accepts the fact that absolutely no spamming of information about Crypto 100x Investment or our web site is allowed. Read our ANTI SPAM POLICY.

10. Copyright

10.1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people who use Crypto 100x Investment do the same.
10.2. The contents of this site is protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of Crypto 100x Investment. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the Crypto 100x Investment only for your personal use.
10.3. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the content of Crypto 100x Investment website. Only if you obtain prior written consent from us - and from all other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property - you may publish, display or commercially exploit any material from Crypto 100x Investment. 11. Liability and Force Majeure

11.1. Crypto 100x Investment is not responsible for delays in transmission of an order due to any reasons beyond its control. Crypto 100x Investment does not control signal power, data transmission and receipt via Internet, or configuration of the Client's computer equipment and reliability of its connection.
11.2. Crypto 100x Investment is not accountable for any damage or loss of data caused by any events, actions or omissions, that lead to delay or distortions in the transmission of information, requests and orders due to a breakdown in any transmission facilities that are beyond the control of Crypto 100x Investment.
11.3. Crypto 100x Investment cannot be held responsible for any data communication failure, distortion or delay if problems are from Client's side.
11.4. The Company is not liable for any default under this Agreement resulted from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to military actions, wars, strikes, rebellions, natural disasters, governmental bans, any breakdown in normal communications or utilities infrastructure services, etc.


12. Terms and Conditions Amendments

12.1. This Agreement is subject to update and amendment as needed or as required by the Company. Any amendment or update to this agreement supersedes and nullifies the previous agreement in effect. The Client agrees that if the Client uses the Company抯 services after such notification of changes in this Agreement, the Client will be bound by all such changes. At the time of such modification, the Client will have the opportunity to reject such modification by closure of his/her account.

Privacy Policy

It is the policy of Crypto 100x Investment to respect the privacy of our website users. Whenever and wherever possible, Crypto 100x Investment will treat the information received about you through your use of this web site with utmost care and confidentiality. Crypto 100x Investment uses the information provided by you to measure the use of this website and to improve its content and for the purposes described below.
